President's Message

The protection of intellectual property including patents, trademarks and copyrights is essential to the progress and promotion of the useful arts. The New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association ( NJIPLA), comprising over 400 practicing intellectual property attorneys, patent agents, law students, and interested individuals from New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, is devoted to educating its members and the public about intellectual property and protection thereof, through federal, state and common law.

We invite new members and encourage them to participate in the numerous and rewarding activities of NJIPLA including dinner meetings with guest speakers, committees and seminars concerning intellectual property litigation, and chemical /pharmaceutical patent practice.
