Melodie W. Henderson is Legal Director, Patents at Schering-Plough in Kenilworth, NJ. Prior to joining Schering-Plough in March 2005, she founded and led the Intellectual Property Department at Genaissance Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in New Haven, CT for over five years. Ms. Henderson began her legal career as an associate in private practice. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a scientist in the biotechnology industry.
